Applicant Privacy Notice

This notice explains how McMurdie Healthcare Solutions handles the information you provide when you apply for a position through our careers page.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, city and state, your responses to the fit-check questions and written application questions, how you heard about the opportunity, and a résumé if you choose to upload one. We also record whether you changed an answer during the fit check and the reason you selected, so we can discuss it with you accurately during an interview.

How we use it

Solely to evaluate your interest and fit for an advisor position, to contact you about your application, and to keep records of our hiring process. We do not sell applicant information, and we do not use it for marketing insurance products.

Text messages

If you opt in, we may text you about your application. Consent is not required to apply, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Storage and access

Applications and uploaded résumés are stored in a private, access-controlled system. Only Jared McMurdie and authorized team members involved in hiring can view them.

Retention and your choices

We keep applications while we are considering candidates and for a reasonable period afterward in case a similar role opens. You may request a copy of your application, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing us with your reference number.
